Inside Sales Representative
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative will be a key contributor to the Sales Team, responsible for increasing sales and profitability by delivering an exceptional luxury sales experience. This role supports the Field Sales Team by qualifying B2C leads generated through organic inbound channels, databases, trade shows, and personal scouting. As the first point of contact for clients, the Inside Sales Representative provides guidance on products and services, utilizes digital communication tools effectively, and builds long‑term relationships that support customer health goals and overall business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead outbound projects to drive growth of solution packages.
- Qualify B2C leads from inbound organic sources.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Engage in lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
- Handle inbound inquiries by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Manage outbound interactions to build long‑term relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Support omnichannel strategies by creating opportunities and scheduling visits with physical locations or Field Sales Teams.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and timely client information.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams.
- Oversee the order‑to‑delivery and installation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- 1‑3 years of relevant sales or customer‑facing experience.
- Sales‑driven and consultative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Calm, composed, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong phone sales techniques, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and customer care environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Focused on building long‑term customer relationships.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution‑oriented.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM management.
- Experience delivering high‑quality, premium customer service.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
