Safety & Security Lead

Lead fire safety, emergency preparedness, inspections, and safety programs across large or multi-site facilities while supervising safety personnel and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.

• Lead fire safety, emergency procedures, drills, and incident response across large or multi-site facilities.
• Oversee safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and documentation in line with regulatory and client standards.
• Support physical security operations, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and training, while collaborating with facilities, operations, and client leadership to embed proactive safety and security practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, or related field.
• Around 4â“6+ yearsâ™ experience in safety, fire prevention, emergency management, or security operations (corporate, facilities, or industrial). Relevant experience in EHS/HSE will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, fire codes, audit programs, and emergency response frameworks.
• Skilled in inspections, drills, incident investigations, reporting, and coordinating with authorities.
• Strong communication skills (Thai & English) with the ability to guide contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
