Arrow Security is hiring experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team at a high-profile financial services location in Jersey City, NJ.
This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in providing a professional, polished, and highly attentive presence in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where confidentiality, access control, and strict security procedures are essential.
What You'll Do- Control access for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors
- Verify credentials before permitting access to restricted areas
- Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled areas
- Conduct security patrols and inspections
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Monitor the authorized movement of sensitive materials
- Identify and immediately report suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and access-control issues
- Follow all post orders, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
- Maintain a professional and attentive presence throughout the entire shift
- 3+ years of professional security experience
- Valid New Jersey SORA license
- Previous corporate or professional security experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and detailed security reports
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City
- Ability to follow detailed security procedures and post orders
- Ability to successfully complete all required company and client screening requirements
- Weekend availability is required
This is a high-profile corporate security assignment, and officers are expected to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
You will regularly interact with employees, executives, visitors, vendors, and contractors, so strong customer service and professionalism are essential.
