Bergen kommune søker motiverte helsefagarbeidere til vårt Natland-omsorgsteam i hjemmebaserte tjenester. Du vil være ansvarlig for å gi helsehjelp til eldre hjemmeboende pasienter og bidra til høy kvalitet i tjenestene.
Stillingen innebærer to-delt turnus (dag/kveld) og arbeid hver tredje helg, med god oppfølging og mentorordning for nyansatte. Vi tilbyr utdanningsmuligheter og konkurransedyktig pensjonsordning.
