CWS Durham is seeking a Refugee Youth Mentoring Case Manager to support refugee and immigrant youth and families through mentoring, case management, and connections to community resources that promote school success and social integration.
The role requires trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, strong documentation and advocacy skills, and the ability to coordinate with partners and service providers. Hybrid or in-office work is possible.
