• Strong Java and other functional programming skills
• Experience with JavaScript web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, jQuery)
• 7+ years of solid system development experience leveraging a variety of technologies
• 5+ years Java/Spring/SQL
• 2+ years design and develop RESTful web services
• 2+ years compiler (JavaCC)
• Experience using one or more of:
  MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, No
  
  SQL, JDBC, ODBC, Greenplum
• 2+ years’ experience in Big Data:
  Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, HBase, Map-Reduce, No SQL (Mongo, Cassandra), Kafka
• 2+ years Maven and Build Scripts, Jenkins
• Knowledge in Apache /Other Open Source Projects
• Design experience in large complex multi-terabyte data environments
• Solid understanding of design patterns
• Solid understanding of application program interfaces (APIs), messaging software and interoperability techniques and standards
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Team collaboration maintaining exceptional code, architecture and documentation
