Senior Programmer/Developer - SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)

Hands on experience in using SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) configuration and extract structured/unstructured data between HANA and other source systems.

• Configure and establish connectivity (DB Connection and RFC Connection) to new systems using SLT and design data flow structures to enable data transfer between various source systems.
• Initial configuration of SLT Replication Server and working knowledge in SLT
  - Table, Index Cluster Table and Pool Table Replication.
• Experience in handling Administrator Data, Processing Steps, Tables Overview, Data Transfer Monitor, Application Logs, Load Statistics and Different functions in Expert Functions Tab.
• Handling different issues in Logging Tables, Triggers, Tables & Synonyms, Runtime Modules, Generated Objects.
• Expertise in replicating different types of table replications (Standard Tables, Index Cluster Tables, Pool Tables) and data replication debug process.
• Experience in monitoring master job and troubleshooting the SLT replication of tables, handling replication errors Init, delta and SLT logging option usage.
• SLT performance optimization concepts (Reading type, Master job).
• Experience in Advanced replication settings options, handling SLT transformation, rule assignments, types of rules, import and export settings.
• Install add on in ECC for SLT, Setup roles, users, schemas creation, jobs in SLT.
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a strong executive presence to interact with top executives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the requirements.
• Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.

• You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended. Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects.

  Qualifications:
  
  7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) , Bachelor’s Degree.
• • Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
• • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
