Key Responsibilities Model Development:
Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) for text, image, or media generation.

Application Building:
Develop AI-powered solutions like copilots, content generators, and intelligent agents.

Data & Pipelines:
Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing and feature engineering.

RAG Implementation:
Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model knowledge and performance.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (product, data science) to understand needs and deliver solutions.

Optimization & Testing:
Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and hyperparameter tuning for model efficiency.

Research &

Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and integrate new techniques.

Documentation & Mentorship:
Create technical documentation and guide junior developers. Essential

Skills & Qualifications Programming:
Strong Python skills, proficiency in ML/GenAI libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain).AI/ML Fundamentals:
Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and generative modeling.

NLP:

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

Cloud:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Architecture:
Knowledge of AI agent architecture (APIs, databases, workflows).

Education:
