As a Senior Front-End Architect in Jersey City, NJ via Racedog Technologies, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for directing frontend technology strategy across mission-critical web applications. Your daily responsibilities will encompass architecting component libraries, optimizing web performance, establishing design systems, and mentoring frontend engineering squads. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend architects, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications using modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks (React, Angular).
• Establish frontend architecture standards, reusable component libraries, design systems, and code quality governance.
• Optimize web application performance, rendering speed, bundle sizes, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Lead architectural reviews, code audits, and technical direction for multidisciplinary frontend engineering teams.
• Collaborate proactively with UX/UI designers, backend API developers, and product managers.
• Integrate modern frontend applications with secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices architectures.
• Implement robust state management, client-side security baselines, and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Mentor senior frontend engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Participate in agile sprint planning, technical backlog grooming, and release readiness reviews.
• Author comprehensive architecture blueprints, frontend coding guidelines, and technical documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years in front-end architecture roles.
• Deep technical proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern frameworks (ReactJS, Next.js, Angular).
• Proven practical experience building large-scale enterprise web applications with complex state management and responsive design.
• Strong working knowledge of Webpack, Vite, CI/CD pipelines, and automated frontend testing suites.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization:
  Ability to operate fully onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or advanced frontend accreditations.
• Prior professional experience within financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and server-side rendering (SSR).
