Senior Software Engineer - Java

• We lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural approaches, technical strengths, and fit within our systems and information architecture.
• We guide our immediate software engineering team in day-to-day work and priorities.
• We set expectations for team output, working practices, and collaboration.
• We manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with compliance standards, service-level agreements, and business needs.
