Senior Full-Stack Architect: Cloud-Native API Lead

Overview
Banking is seeking a senior Full Stack Architect/Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of scalable cloud-native applications. This role requires deep expertise in React, Java Spring Boot, AWS, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AI-assisted software development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST APIs, and AWS.
Drive architecture and design reviews, defining APIs, data models, integrations, and service boundaries.
Develop secure, production-grade code and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews.
Build and maintain highly available, scalable services with strong focus on reliability and performance.
Implement authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth
2.
Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness practices.
Partner with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Evaluate and guide adoption of internal and third-party technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of full stack engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.

Strong expertise in:
React (Type Script)
Java Spring Boot
GraphQL & REST API design
AWS cloud services
Kafka/MSK
Aurora PostgreSQL
AWS Neptune
OIDC/OAuth2 & JWT security

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and Dev Ops practices.
Must have hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and/or Git Hub Copilot.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK), Docker, ECS/EKS, and modern security practices.

Preferred
Experience defining platform standards, API governance, and reliability metrics.
Prior integration experience with Oracle HCM.
