Quantitative Analyst/Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst/Specialist for a contract position. This role focuses on the research, design, and development of quantitative risk models for initial margin and stress testing of fixed-income products. The successful candidate will collaborate with business, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver model enhancements and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Research, design, and develop quantitative risk models for initial margin and stress testing of fixed-income products.

Develop high-quality research prototypes and robust model implementations to support model analysis, validation, and production deployment.

Support model validation, testing, deployment, and ongoing model maintenance throughout the model lifecycle.

Collaborate with business, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver model enhancements and analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education:

A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative model development, risk management, or financial engineering is required.

Technical

Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL are necessary. Strong software engineering skills, including code quality, testing, performance optimization, and maintainable system design are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with R, MATLAB, or other analytical and statistical tools.

Knowledge of fixed-income products, market risk methodologies, or stress testing models.
