* ** What's the Job?*
* + Plan, design, develop, test, execute, and communicate software releases end to end.

+ Collaborate with development peers and business partners to understand the book of work and support delivery efforts.

+ Build effective unit testing coverage for developed code to maintain quality and confidence in releases.

+ Investigate root causes of failures, make failures diagnosable, and improve reliability across the release lifecycle.

+ Ensure software releases are compliant from an enterprise and regulatory perspective while maintaining product quality without compromise.

** What's Needed?*
* + 3+ years of engineering experience delivering production software.

+ Strong Python experience, including LLM/agent development.

+ React + Type Script (mandatory) with Next.js for modern, component-driven UI development.

+ Experience building streaming user interfaces using Web Sockets and/or SSE.

+ Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as Lang Chain / Lang Graph / Google Agent SDK / Auto Gen (Type Script SDKs), including chatbot/copilot or agent workflow development.
