Base pay range$28.85/hr - $31.25/hr
Location:
Jessup, MD (southwest of Baltimore). The position is a temp-to-hire role, onsite daily with hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinators with a minimum of 2–3 years in high‑volume onboarding and who are bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written). Your role will involve recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and administrative support using our ATS – Dayforce (or a comparable platform).
- Recruit high‑volume talent and complete onboarding processes.
- Use Dayforce ATS and onboarding platform; if not experienced, training will be provided.
- Handle data entry, scanning, electronic filing, and Microsoft Office Suite functions (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ensure hiring compliance
Northern including background screening, testing, I‑9, and E‑Verify. - Maintain professional communication practices, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reside within a reasonable commute to the onsite location.
