Computer Network Defense Analyst; CNDA Level 3

Job Description

The primary role of the Computer Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) is to be on the front lines of protecting critical systems, applying expertise in cybersecurity, network defense, and traffic analysis to detect, respond, and prevent threats.

• Design and develop computer or information systems, including programming and network/cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and information assurance.
• Perform systems engineering and network/system administration.
• Analyze data from multiple sources (intrusion detection systems, firewalls, traffic logs, host system logs) to identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to active cyber events, and defend against emerging threats.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• An active TS/SCI with polygraph.

$130,000 - $160,000. This is a general guideline; final compensation depends on various factors.

Top Secret with Polygraph.

This position requires access to information subject to international traffic arms regulations (ITAR) and export administration regulations (EAR). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR and be approved for an export license.
