• Manage, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Continuously improve operational procedures related to shipments and warehouse inventory management
• Collaborate with sales and inventory control to ensure product availability
• Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend solutions to management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong management skills with a focus on team development and customer service
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs. and work in varying temperature conditions

• Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
• Experience working with machinery and material handling equipment
• Flexible availability for varied work schedules
