Schedule: 11p-7:30a, 8-Hour Nights 40 hours per week, Every other weekend and Holidays required.
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly. Prior travel experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a LPN
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least a minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred. Corrections experience preferred.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Be willing to obtain MD or compact licensure

Responsibilities
As a healthcare professional in a Corrections facility, you’ll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include:
- Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
- Two years of experience working as a LPN
- Corrections experience preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
