As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security‑related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, interacting with employees and visitors, and responding to situations with professionalism.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within a tech, media, or telecom environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help maintain a secure environment.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security‑related needs within the location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
