Job DescriptionIndustrial Electrical Foreman:
Lead and manage a team of electricians on complex site projects, ensuring safe, code‑compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while coordinating schedules, materials, budgets, and communication with management and clients, requiring strong technical skills, leadership, and adherence to safety (OSHA/NEC). Responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting, training apprentices, documenting progress, and driving project completion within scope and budget.
- Extensive experience in industrial/commercial electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Ability to read and execute complex electrical drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Company has comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage (95% employer‑covered, 5% employee‑covered, with employees responsible for family add‑ons). A $125 per diem is offered for out‑of‑town projects and is accepting traveling candidates.
