Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of apartment and property maintenance tasks at Gateway Village. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs while maintaining high standards of curb appeal and resident service.
Responsibilities include timely work orders, preventative maintenance, and after-hours on-call support. A valid driver's license and good English communication are required; comprehensive safety and housing training
