Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is a family‑owned business with a long history in wine and spirits distribution. RNDC is expanding its operations and is looking for energetic Delivery Driver Helpers to join the Operations team.

• Accurately deliver products by bottle, case or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer’s account by hand truck.
• Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day; may deliver more during high‑volume seasons.
• Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product against invoice, obtain customer signature and payment if necessary.
• Ensure physical security of truck at all times.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding route changes, concerns or opportunities.
• Operate motor vehicles, delivery trucks, pallet jacks, handcarts, GPS receivers, location‑based messaging platforms and portable data input terminals.
• Utilize smartphone for hours‑of‑service software, point‑of‑delivery invoicing and driver monitoring programs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; two years of delivery experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Current state driver’s license; ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• ABC license as required by the state.

Base pay range: $17.85 per hour (minimum hourly rate). This compensation estimate is in accordance with Maryland state law. Similar positions outside this jurisdiction may differ.
