** Security Experience (C115):
** Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a security-related role. This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security protocols and procedures effectively.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should possess experience with access control systems and badge management. Familiarity with electronic access systems and the ability to manage visitor access is essential.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage digital communications, and utilize technology for reporting and documentation.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Candidates should have a background in customer service, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in resolving conflicts and providing assistance is highly valued.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, controlling entry and exit points, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly reporting observations.

+ Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
