** Security Experience (C115)
** Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a security-related role. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage security protocols and respond to incidents effectively.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should possess experience with access control systems and badge management. Familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access credentials is essential.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage electronic communications, and utilize digital tools effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should have a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, verifying visitor and driver authorization, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.

+ Observe and report unusual activity, incidents, hazards, and policy violations; respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.
