** Security Experience (C115)*
* 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related role.

3. Demonstrated understanding of security protocols and procedures.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* 5. Familiarity with access control systems and badge issuance processes.

6. Experience in managing and monitoring access to secure areas.

7.  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* 8. Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks.

9. Ability to navigate software applications relevant to the position.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* 11. Proven experience in a customer service role.

12. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

+ Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verifying credentials as directed, and documenting visitor and delivery activity.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.

+ Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
