Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

CHE Behavioral Health seeks full or part‑time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. CHE is an APA‑approved, clinician‑led behavioral health company with more than 800 facilities across 11 states, serving adult and geriatric residents in short‑term rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services to patients in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Work flexible schedule:
    Monday – Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Participate in an integrated care team model and customize care for each patient.
  • Focus on patient’s care without the hassle of on‑call responsibilities.
  • Receive training and supervision in geropsychiatry under prominent clinical directors.

Requirements
  • Completed master’s degree.
  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Recently licensed professionals or those looking to supplement current work are encouraged to apply.
