• Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)

• Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
• Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners

• BCBA:
  Master’s degree + active BACB certification
• BCaBA:
  Bachelor’s degree + active BACB certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or بى willingness to obtain)
