Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Active GA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
• Valid Para GAPSC certification
• Strong commitment to supporting students with unique behavioral needs
• Professionalism, reliability, and a passion for creating positive outcomes in educational settings
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct 1:1 behavioral intervention and support to a high school student
• Observing behavior, collecting data, and implementing behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians
• Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
• Supporting the students integration in the school environment and encouraging growth, independence, and success

Position details:

• Onsite, in-person assignment
• 35 hours per week
• Begin as soon as possible and continue through the 2026/2027 school year
