About the Role:The Production Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment within a clean room environment. This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by utilizing plasma processing techniques and operating molding machines to produce high-quality fiberglass components. The technician will perform routine quality checks to maintain product standards and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Working closely with the production team, the technician ensures that all processes comply with safety and quality regulations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless flow of production activities, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and precise products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a production facility or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with clean room protocols and plasma processing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of fiberglass materials and molding machine operation.
- Ability to perform soldering and conduct quality checks accurately.
- Technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing technology or related field.
- Previous experience specifically with plasma processing equipment and fiberglass production.
- Training in advanced quality control methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical devices, or electronics.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Operate and maintain production equipment including molding machines and plasma processing tools within a clean room setting.
- Perform routine quality checks on fiberglass components to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of production machinery to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct soldering tasks as required to support assembly and production operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations, coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Document production activities, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance in compliance with company protocols.
- Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards within the production facility.
The required skills are applied daily to operate and maintain complex production equipment, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
