Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Jesup Health and Rehab

Full‑time position located in Jesup, GA. Pay range: $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr, competitive salary. Shift options: 7A‑7P, 7P‑7A, 11P‑7A. Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, daily pay options.

Provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. Perform care as defined by resident plan of care or CNA assignment card, visit and reposition residents as required.

With a close eye for detail, record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and conduct range‑of‑motion assessments. Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior. Maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and uphold facility policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues, demonstrating trust and professionalism.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Georgia certification/registration to practice CNA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Work 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.
