Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinates all nursing care for patients based on established clinical standards. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and positive outcomes. Supports Wayne Memorial Hospital's mission and vision. Incorporates knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into care. Contributes to quality care through performance improvement techniques.

Available to work during weather incidents, natural disasters, or emergencies.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Georgia nursing license with renewal as required.
• Good mental and physical health to meet job demands.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.

Ability to practice nursing as defined by diagnosing and treating responses to health alterations. Capable of administering medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, planning care, collaborating with providers, and educating patients. Must pass relevant competencies.
