Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Jesup Health and Rehab in Jesup, GA. We are hiring full‑time 7A‑7P and 7P‑7A LPNs, as well as PRN All Shift LPNs for our rehabilitation unit.

$24.00/hr – $26.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

As an LPN you will provide total care to residents, including monitoring conditions, following physician orders, administering medications, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, documenting care, admitting and discharging residents, and maintaining confidentiality. You will oversee nursing assistants and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• LPN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred

Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts.
