Jesup Health and Rehab in Jesup, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor
. This is a full‑time position that requires 8‑hour weekend shifts.

$34.00–$36.00 per hour

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition, following physician orders, administering medications, ensuring policies for narcotics are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting changes. You will oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report skin concerns, maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• Monitor resident conditions and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor for side effects and report changes in resident condition.
• Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff.
• Complete documentation, admissions, and discharges.
• Report bruises, skin tears, or signs of neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

• RN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
