Jesup Health and Rehab in Jesup, GA is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We are specifically seeking full-time 7A-7P LPN, 7P-7A LPN, and PRN all shift LPNs.

Responsibilities (A Day in the Life)As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you play a vital role in our clinic. You provide total care for residents, starting with carefully monitoring their condition and needs. You follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitor for side effects, and report any changes in residents' condition. You oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure that resident care plans are followed.
You complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect observed. You maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and facility policies. You provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- LPN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
