The RISE Mentorship Program is a year-long immersive experience designed to support new veterinary graduates as they transition from an academic setting into the real-world practice. RISE Centers pair new graduate veterinarians with experienced mentors to provide hands-on learning, real-time case management, and professional development. Participants join a nationwide cohort of peers, building a supportive network that lasts beyond the program.
Who is this program for?
Note: This program targets new veterinary graduates interested in practicing high-quality medicine in a real-world setting. Opportunities may include General Practice (GP), Emergency (ER), or Mixed Animal Practices depending on location.
Responsibilities and opportunities- Full-Time employment in a RISE Center with hands-on mentorship while transitioning to independently managing a caseload.
- Participate in a Dual Mentorship Model: on-site support from a home hospital mentor and centralized guidance from the national mentorship team.
- Develop clinical skills through hands-on case management and professional development activities.
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $110k+ with production-based bonuses where applicable.

- Training assistance and CE reimbursement allowance; paid PTO for CE events.

From caring for beloved household pets to the needs of farm animals, our practice offers diverse caseloads. Centers provide mentorship from two experienced veterinarians and a supportive team of medical staff. The practice encourages new ideas and supports interests in veterinary medicine.
- State-of-the-art, 11,000 sq. ft facility; eight exam rooms
- In-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiology (including dental), and dental suite
- Well-equipped surgical suite; cold laser therapy
- Equine and Large Animal Care with ambulatory and in-house services
- Opportunity to add exotic services if of interest
- No Saturday hours
