Merchandising Sales Associate

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store-specific measurements accurately and timely.
• Perform cycle counts, the Tractor Way top cap process, hang signage, and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, and adding value.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; surfaces may be hard (concrete, asphalt).
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
