Required:

0-10 Years in Accounting
- Qualified CA are not eligible
- Work module:
Work from office
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 passport size photographs (One photo to be pasted on resume), 2 copies of resumes, Original Aadhar card

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

- Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment
- Eloquent and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts 3 way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc.,
- Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing
- Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Experience in SAP/Navision/Or other ERP for processing.

Record to report

- Month End Closing process.
- Reconciliations (Key & Non-Key)
- ERP - SAP / Blackline/ HANA Ariba s4, HRC High radiu
- Standard & recurring J/Es (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases)
- Nonstandard J/Es (incl accruals, prepaid, deferrals)

Order To Cash

- Revenue accrual process based on different types of deals according to Revenue Recognition Policy.
- Billing Process based on different types of deals.
- Month close activities from Revenue & Billing Perspective.
- Proper accounting of billing and accrual related transactions.
- Proper understanding and control on accrued Vs billed variances (U
-Unbilled Revenue Reconciliation).
- Handle Various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory) for Revenue & Billing Process.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

- Graduate in commerce
- Accounting experience would be preferred
