About the Role
Dhoot Group is looking for a smart and analytical Executive – Business Intelligence to work closely with the Managing Director's Office. The role is focused on business research, data analysis, reporting, and generating insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and dashboards.
- Track sales, operations, finance, and key business KPIs.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, industry news, and benchmark performance.
- Conduct business research and present actionable insights to the MD's Office.
- Compile and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain MIS reports with accuracy and timely updates.
- Support strategic projects with data-driven analysis and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Economics, or Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in MIS, analytics, research, or business operations.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
