Position Overview:

The Performance Marketer is responsible for driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns. They analyze data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI across various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Data Analysis:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
ROI Optimization:
Maximize return on investment (ROI) by adjusting campaign strategies and budgets based on performance metrics
Channel Management:
Manage multiple digital marketing channels, such as PPC, SEO, email, and social media.
Conversion Optimization:
Optimize website and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
Reporting:
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Testing and Experimentation:
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills and

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
