Position Overview
The Graduate Research Fellow / Post-Graduate Research Fellow will participate in a structured experiential learning and research program focused on solving real-world industry challenges through project execution, applied research, and domain-specific skill development.
Fellows will work under the guidance of industry mentors and subject matter experts while gaining exposure to contemporary tools, technologies, business practices, and research methodologies relevant to their chosen specialization.
The program combines structured learning, project implementation, research documentation, mentorship, portfolio development, and professional skill enhancement to create industry-ready professionals capable of contributing to modern organizations and innovation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Project Execution

· Participate in industry-oriented projects and applied research initiatives.

· Analyze business, technical, or research problems and propose practical solutions.

· Execute assigned project tasks under mentor supervision.

· Develop prototypes, dashboards, reports, analytical models, workflows, or research outputs depending on the selected domain.

· Conduct literature reviews, data collection, validation, and research documentation activities.

· Contribute to project deliverables, presentations, and final project submissions.

2. Learning & Technical Skill Development

· Complete structured learning modules and competency assessments.

· Develop proficiency in domain-specific tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

· Apply theoretical concepts to practical industry use cases.

· Utilize AI-powered learning and productivity tools to support project execution.

· Participate in workshops, mentoring sessions, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.

· Continuously improve technical and analytical capabilities through guided learning pathways.

3. Research Documentation & Knowledge Management

· Maintain project records, research journals, and progress reports.

· Prepare professional research reports, case studies, white papers, technical documentation, or project summaries.

· Document methodologies, findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.

· Present project results to mentors, evaluators, and stakeholder groups.
