True Hope Foundation is a crowdfunding platform dedicated to supporting NGOs, medical patients, animal shelters, old age homes, blind children, differently abled children, disaster relief campaigns, and other social causes. Through powerful storytelling, digital campaigns, and donor engagement, we help raise funds for people and organizations in need.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor  who can turn raw footage into emotional, impactful, and high-converting videos for fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Edit fundraising videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and other digital platforms.
Create emotional and engaging video stories for medical cases, NGO campaigns, animal rescue campaigns, old age homes, blind kids, and other social causes.
Work with raw footage, voiceovers, music, subtitles, graphics, and campaign content to create compelling videos.
Add suitable background music, sound effects, transitions, captions, text overlays, and motion graphics.
Ensure every video clearly communicates the pain, urgency, need, and donation appeal of the campaign.
Create short-form reels, ad creatives, donor update videos, testimonial videos, and long-format campaign videos.
Coordinate with the content, social media, and performance marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
Edit videos as per Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube, and Instagram specifications.
Review videos carefully to ensure there are no spelling, audio, visual, or factual errors.
Maintain brand consistency of True Hope Foundation across all video creatives.
Deliver videos within deadlines and make revisions as per feedback.
Organize and manage video files, raw footage, project files, and final exports properly.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or motion graphics will be preferred.
Good understanding of storytelling, emotions, pacing, music selection, and visual impact.
Ability to create donation-focused and performance-driven video creatives.
Knowledge of social media video formats, reels, shorts, and ad creatives.
Strong attention to detail in subtitles, text, audio levels, and visuals.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
Creative mindset with sensitivity toward social causes and human stories.
Basic understanding of crowdfunding campaigns will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
Experience in NGO, crowdfunding, documentary, social media, You Tube, digital marketing, or advertising videos will be preferred.
Qualification
Any graduate or diploma/certification in video editing, multimedia, mass communication, animation, or related field.
Practical experience and a strong portfolio will be given more preference than formal qualification.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Someone who understands emotional storytelling and can create videos that inspire people to donate.
Able to work with sensitive content related to patients, animals, elderly people, children, and families in distress.
Creative, responsible, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced fundraising and digital marketing environment.
