Senior Bookkeeper (Half Day) – Heriotdale, Johannesburg – Salary R22,000 CTC

Are you an experienced Senior Bookkeeper looking for a half‑day opportunity with excellent benefits and a supportive environment? We are recruiting a mature, detail‑oriented professional with proven expertise in bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet level.

• Monthly invoicing, cashbook reconciliation, and payments
• Monthly creditors processing and reconciliations (limited volume)
• General ledger journals, intercompany loan reconciliations, stock entries, and month‑end journals
• Monthly reporting and analysis up to Balance Sheet
• VAT reconciliations and submissions (every second month)
• Weekly invoicing and reconciling of sales vs production
• Allocation of debtor payments and resolving invoice queries
• Ad hoc support to the senior bookkeeper and general office assistance

Systems used:
Syspro Version 8.0 (training provided) and Microsoft Office 365

• 15+ years experience as a senior bookkeeper
• Bookkeeping Diploma (up to Balance Sheet) – will be verified
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Positive references and a clear credit record
• Willingness to undergo a competency test

Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 13h00

50% contribution towards medical aid, 10.75% contribution towards pension fund.
