Junior Creditors Clerk —

Location:

Wadeville.
Salary: R12 500 – R15 000 CTC (depending on experience).
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

The Junior Creditors Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the full creditors function, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and timely payments. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow within a finance team.

• Capture and process supplier invoices accurately
• Perform monthly creditors reconciliations
• Prepare payment batches and assist with payment runs
• Resolve supplier queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate creditor records and filing systems
• Assist with statement matching and account verification
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties

• 1–2 years’ experience in a creditors/accounts payable role
• Experience working on Pastel (essential or highly advantageous)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good Excel and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
