GCO Partners connects high-calibre South African Audit Seniors with leading UK external audit firms through a structured, high-performance delivery model. We are assembling a dedicated Johannesburg-based Audit Senior team to support UK clients during the 2026 busy season.

This is a senior-level delivery role for auditors who can take ownership of full audit files, lead teams, and deliver consistently under UK audit standards—without the need to relocate.

You will work directly with UK engagement teams, supporting a portfolio of Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs) and privately held companies across multiple sectors. This role delivers meaningful UK audit exposure while remaining Johannesburg-based, enabling you to strengthen technical depth, leadership capability, and international credibility during peak audit periods.

Location: Johannesburg (Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility)

Contract Period: 6-week engagement during the UK busy season (with the possibility of extension based on performance and client demand)

Contract Model: Fixed-term delivery contract with extension potential

Compensation: Competitive monthly salary + guaranteed completion bonus + performance incentives

Ownership of end-to-end audit engagements (planning through finalisation)

Strong Case Ware capability, including complex audit sections

Professionally qualified:
CA(SA), ACCA, SAICA
, or equivalent

Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg with hybrid flexibility
