Responsibilities- Maintain financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate record of transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage payroll and related functions
- Assist with audits and tax preparations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/Minimum a Diploma in finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong Personality and Determined
