Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable accounting firm based in Johannesburg, is seeking a Semi Senior Articled Clerk to join their team. As a Semi Senior Articled Clerk, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and expand your knowledge in accounting and auditing.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements
  • Performing various auditing procedures
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements.
  • Perform substantive and controls testing.
  • Analyze financial statements and audit findings.
  • Prepare audit documentation in accordance with professional standards.
  • Communicate audit findings to supervisors and clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.

    • Requirements

  • Completed degree with enrollment in CTA’s or Boards.
  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated audit work experience.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
