FMCG Internal Auditor

Our client has an opportunity available for an Internal Auditor in the FMCG space.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12
• Degree / Qualification in Internal Auditing, Accounting or Finance
• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
• Experience with in the Retail environment of at least 5 – 10 years
• Internal Audit Experience in an FMCG environment of 2- 5 years will be Very Advantageous
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Administration qualification will be advantageous if the person has such skills
• Pastel (Required) Evolution (advantage);
  Excel (Required);
  Arch advantage
• Computer literacy (Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
