Job Overview Our client in the transport industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, account reconciliations, and resolving billing queries. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and timeously
• Maintain and update invoicing records and supporting documentation
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve billing and invoicing queries
• Assist with basic financial reporting and administrative tasks as required

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in invoicing or accounts administration
• Knowledge of transport industry invoicing procedures will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Computer literate (MS Office essential; accounting software an advantage)
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet strict deadlines

Package

• Basic salary: R15,000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)
