Junior Bookkeeper

Are you a detail-driven, organised and numbers-focused individual looking for your next opportunity?

We’re looking for a Junior Bookkeeper who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related qualification
2–3 years’ working experience
FMCG industry experience is highly advantageous
Own reliable transportation is essential
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
Accounting software experience
Omni experience will be advantageous
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numerical ability
Good organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through to trial balance
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including cashbook entries
Perform bank and control account reconciliations
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Senior Accountant
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as required
