Msuez Uk is a leading provider of industrial services, specializing in waste management, water treatment, and environmental solutions. With a strong presence in the UK, we are now expanding our operations to Johannesburg, South Africa.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and maintain accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare and submit invoices for clients
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor and track company expenses
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of South African tax laws and regulations is a plus
