Creditors Clerk; Maternity

• Process and capture supplier invoices accurately and timeously
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage creditor-related documentation and follow up on outstanding queries
• Ensure supporting documentation aligns with purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Assist with petty cash reconciliations and finance administration
• Support the preparation of reports and month-end finance processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Assist with cashbook-related tasks and general accounting support
• Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding finance-related queries
• Provide ad hoc support to the finance department when required

• Minimum 0-2 years' experience in a Creditors, Accounts Payable, or Junior Finance role
• Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
• Strong reconciliation and administrative skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a high level of integrity

• BCom Accounting or related finance qualification
